The 1ST collection CIRCA is modular, yes modular* and consists of lounge seating, coordinating tables w/storage, benches, and a few freestanding elements. There are a total of 24 Revit Familiy files and the entire collection can be accessed at RevitCity_CIRCA.
The 2ND collection BINDU is crazy-cool* and indeed a testament to patient-creativity in Revit Family creation. Moreover, it is modern executive and conference seating sensibly designed to express a softer, more subtle, residential feeling w/contract durability!
